Sansom Park is a small (~5,152 residents, Census 2020) city in west Tarrant County between River Oaks, Lake Worth, and Fort Worth. The city was incorporated in 1949 and is named for the Sansom family, early settlers in the area. It operates its own city government, police department, and municipal court, and is served by Castleberry ISD.
