What is Westworth Village, Texas?
Westworth Village is a small (~2,603 residents, Census 2020) city in west Tarrant County adjacent to NAS Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base (formerly Carswell Air Force Base). It was incorporated in 1941, originally to house workers building the bomber plant that became today's Lockheed Martin Fort Worth plant. The city operates its own government and police department and is part of Fort Worth ISD.
