Every week we round up the weekend's local sales and the upcoming fundraisers — community garage sales, multi-family weekends, charity benefits, school auctions, the works. Where: Manna Storehouse, Fort Worth
Furniture, books, household goods, clothing, toys — a full thrift-style sale where 100% of proceeds support Manna's food-pantry mission across Tarrant County. Saturday May 16 is typically also open; check their calendar to confirm.
Where: Sheriff's Posse Rodeo Grounds & Event Center, Fort Worth
Fort Worth's annual State Championship BBQ cook-off. Family-friendly, supports the Sheriff's Posse and their community programs. Bring lawn chairs and an appetite — proceeds go back to the Posse and Tarrant County youth programs.

The CAC of Tarrant County serves children navigating abuse cases — therapy, forensic interviews, family advocacy, all free to families. They run gala and auction fundraisers each year and accept donations year-round. Call ahead for upcoming benefit dates.

Community-wide sale across the Morningstar neighborhood. Multiple participating households, wide range of goods — furniture, kid stuff, kitchen, tools. Worth driving the loop.

The Westlake master-planned community typically runs at least one community-wide sale weekend each spring. Watch the Westlake HOA Facebook for the 2026 announcement.
Where: Trade Days plaza, Fort Worth
Not strictly a garage sale, but the original Tarrant County weekend tradition. Outdoor flea market vibe — vendors, antiques, fresh-roasted nuts, the works. Goes the weekend before each first Monday.
