Acceptance

By using tarrantcountydesk.com or subscribing to the Tarrant County Desk newsletter, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please stop using the site and unsubscribe from the list.

The newsletter

The newsletter is provided free of charge. We aim to publish three mornings a week, but we make no guarantees about frequency, deliverability, or content. Sponsored items in the newsletter are labeled and do not constitute editorial endorsement.

Content ownership

All editorial content on this site and in the newsletter is © Tarrant County Desk unless attributed otherwise. You may share excerpts of up to 200 words with attribution and a link back. You may not republish full articles, scrape the site, train AI models on this content without permission, or repackage our work as your own.

User submissions

If you submit a tip, photo, or event listing, you grant us a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to publish it in the newsletter and on the site, and to edit it for clarity, length, and grammar. You confirm that you have the right to submit the material. We do not pay for tips.

Accuracy and corrections

We work hard to be accurate and we run corrections at the top of the next issue. Information in the newsletter is provided "as is" without warranty. Decisions about safety, finance, real estate, or schooling should be confirmed with the relevant authority — we are a starting point, not a substitute for primary sources.

Third‑party links

The site links to outside resources, sponsors, and government pages. We don't control those destinations and aren't responsible for their content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Tarrant County Desk is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the newsletter.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in the newsletter and reflected in the "Effective" date above.
